Homemade Pumpkin Puree

Hey There!  It's already fall and we are merely days away from October....which means time for lots of fall baking!  Here is a link to a great website called Annie's Eats that instructs how to make homemade pumpkin puree.  I saw this and thought it would be fun to try, but with two little kiddos and not much free time to spend just playing in the kitchen, I don't know if I will definitely get to try this anytime soon.  But, you never know with me....If I get a hankering for something, I sometimes can't be stopped.
